Scattered Dreams is a classic rock cover band from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Established in July of 2018, Scattered Dreams was the very first Rockstar Pro band to come out of the Rockstars Of Tomorrow Rancho Cucamonga studio. Members include Elyssa (singer, guitarist, keyboardist), Christian (lead guitarist), Travis (bassist) and Cole (drummer).

The band has become quite active performing at notable SoCal venues including The Canyon at the Rose in Pasadena, the Canyon Montclair, the Upland Lemon Festival, and Hangar 24 Brewery in Redlands and Orange County. To date, their favorite performance was opening up for Flock of Seagulls at the Canyon Montclair.

“Scattered Dreams makes the complicated simple,” says their band coach, Mark DeGonia. “They keep the spirit of rock and roll going for a new generation. They are a tight, dynamic rock group and they put the practice in to make it look easy. I’m so impressed by them.”

Don’t let their band name fool you though, this band’s dreams are anything but scattered.Their favorite part of being in a band together is that they are a part of a group that has the same amount of appreciation for music and they are able to express themselves through their music. The band aspires to become well known and we believe they are well on their way to making that happen.

Elyssa started singing at the young age of 4. She first picked up her natural talent for guitar at age 10 when she joined Rockstars of Tomorrow for her first lesson. Elyssa has been involved in private lessons, JamCore, BandCore, and was able to join together with friends to form the band that she so incredibly fronts; creating Scattered Dreams in 2018. Elyssa even sketched up their logo!

Elyssa loves being the only girl in the band and rocks singing lead, as well as playing rhythm guitar and the keyboard. Michael Zeta continues to coach Elyssa with all of her instruments, while Mark DeGonia coaches the band.

Elyssa enjoys being in a band because she feels that singing helps her escape reality and she loves performing and watching her crowd dance or sing along to her music. Her favorite performance with the band was when they opened up for the FABBA Show at the Canyon Rose, she still has dreams about it. Elyssa's other hobbies include being in several dance classes from hip hop, tap, and jazz, being a captain of the Alta Loma High School dance team, taking part in lead roles in community theater, pushing herself in her honors courses at school, and drawing.

Christian began playing music at 9 and joined Rockstars shortly after. Mark DeGonia has been teaching him guitar through private lessons, Jam Core, Band Core, and finally his own pro band that was formed in 2018. One of his favorite performances was opening for A Flock of Seagulls at The Canyon Montclair or the time their bass player, Henry, broke his hip and had to play the show from a wheelchair.

Christian loves playing music in new places and spreading joy through music. When he’s not on stage or rehearsing with the band, he loves to cycle, play video games and play shows with his band.

Jocelyn started playing guitar and bass at age 11 and joined Rockstars Of Tomorrow shortly after. She has taken private lessons as well as participated in JamCore and BandCore. Prior to joining Scattered Dreams, Jocelyn was the lead guitarist of RockstarPro Band FNX.

Jocelyn attends Chaffey High School where she plays bass for her Jazz Band.

Jocelyn really feels connected to the music and loves playing for live audiences at shows. When she is not playing music with her band, she enjoys playing video games and hanging out with her band and her friends from school.

Later, he joined Scattered Dreams when he was 13. His instructor at Rockstars Rancho, Lyndon, was an exceptional influence on his drumming abilities. Playing at the Rose in Pasadena, so far has been Cole’s favorite show experience. In his free time Cole enjoy’s football, streaming, and hanging out with his lady.
