ABOUT ROCKSTARS OF TOMORROW
Rockstars of Tomorrow provides music lessons, performance programs, camps, workshops, events, retail products, and related music education services.
These Terms primarily govern use of our website and online services.
Enrollment, tuition, scheduling, cancellations, makeup lessons, performances, programs, and other studio-specific matters may also be governed by separate Studio Policies, enrollment agreements, waivers, program terms, or other agreements provided at the time of enrollment.
If a studio-specific agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding studio services, the applicable studio-specific agreement will control.
Independently owned Rockstars of Tomorrow franchise locations may maintain additional or separate policies regarding their individual operations.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into agreements, make purchases, enroll a student, submit legally binding forms, or enroll in our SMS/MMS messaging program through this website.
Parents and legal guardians may provide information and enroll in services on behalf of their minor children.
Individuals under 18 may browse portions of our website with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian but may not enter into a binding agreement with Rockstars of Tomorrow on their own.

You may use our website for lawful personal and informational purposes.

Appointments are subject to studio confirmation and availability.
Additional studio policies may apply when a student begins lessons or enrolls in a Rockstars of Tomorrow program.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Purchases, tuition payments, registrations, and other transactions may be processed through third-party scheduling, billing, or payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Additional billing, cancellation, refund, membership, or enrollment terms may apply to studio services and will be disclosed through our Studio Policies, enrollment documents, or applicable transaction.
Rockstars of Tomorrow does not generally store complete payment card information directly through its public website.
MESSAGING & A2P COMPLIANCE (SMS/MMS)
Rockstars of Tomorrow may offer SMS and MMS messaging programs that allow customers, prospective customers, parents, guardians, and adult students to receive communications from us.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Rockstars of Tomorrow, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Free lesson information.
Scheduling and rescheduling communications.
Student and account notifications.
Program and enrollment information.
Billing or payment reminders.

OPTING OUT
You may cancel SMS/MMS communications at any time.
Simply reply STOP to the Rockstars of Tomorrow telephone number from which you received the message.
After you send STOP, we may send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Other commonly recognized opt-out requests may also be honored where supported by our messaging provider.
If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an applicable Rockstars of Tomorrow form, website, studio, or other approved enrollment method.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be disclosed to service providers and subcontractors that assist us in providing messaging services, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, CRM providers, and customer service providers.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your consent to receive text messages applies only to Rockstars of Tomorrow and does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages from unrelated third parties.
